HCG Diet-Week Three

I begin the third week of the HCG diet with a 10 pound weight loss. I am weighing every morning and writing the date, the total amount lost, and the amount lost that day. We attended a Gala and I was nervous as to how it would go. The organizers started with a cocktail hour (I drank water) and instead of heading into dinner they had us go to the live auction portion of the evening. Father of the Bride was not happy because he already IS thin and needs to eat regularly. So, we left to have dinner at home and I was saved from a diet buster.

Made a double batch of my famous chocolate chip oatmeal cookies for an event at church. Did not eat batter or a cookie and quickly removed them from the house.

Had company all weekend. Cooked ribs, beef tenderloin, and remained 100% compliant.

Traveled out of town for an overnight at my son’s house. Took my apples, orange, meat, and shots in a cooler. WATER…I never used to drink it but limiting myself to one diet coke a day makes me very thirsty. I am actually shocked at how much water I am drinking.
