HCG Diet-Week Four

Not really seeing much change in my clothes even though I have lost 12.5 pounds on the HCG Diet. Probably because everything I was wearing was stretchy or too tight anyway.

My workout routine is the same that I have done forever. 20 minutes on the stationary bike. 20 minutes on the treadmill jogging. One day free weights, the next day ankle weights. Lots of stretching.

Two social events were pretty tough. The first was a concert out of town that included dinner. I ate my dinner in the car around 4:30pm and then had to just sit while everyone else ate. I could have eaten the dinner they provided but I had no way of knowing ahead of time what the food would be. The second was a backyard party that I helped to host. My assignment was to bring a light appetizer. I chose veggies and a dip. Another girl was on a diet and we filled our plates with the veggies (asparagus, tomatoes, cucumbers) instead of the coconut battered shrimp that everyone was enjoying. Skipped the delicious looking dessert cupcakes and remained 100% compliant.
